Raag Bhairavi
This is one of the famous ragas known to the masses.
Raag Bhairavi has traditionally been performed in the early morning hours. So one will hear many bhajans based on this raga.
This raga is also played mostly at the end of the concerts and there is a very interesting reason behind this practice. Traditionally the musical performances lasted all throughout the night, a bhajan at the end during the dawn was thought to be a fitting conclusion. Raag Bhairavi being a morning raga became a default choice. Although times have changed and musical concerts are no longer being held all throughout the night in that huge numbers, Raag Bhairavi still continues to embellish the end of the concerts.
Here is a beautiful example of Raag Bhairavi. And as one can guess this is a bhajan!
Said to be composed by Pt. Gyan Prakash Ghosh (unconfirmed), Kaushiki Chakrabarty has lent her beautiful voice to it. Its followed after a short interview to Kaushiki Chakrabarty.
I will leave you to experience the magic of this!
I am sure your entire being will be filled by peace and devotion after listening to it!

Soft Piano - Nain so Nain (Old Hindi Song)
Malgunji is a complex Raga of the Khamaj Thaat. John Campana describes Malgunji as having elements of Rageshri, Bageshri and a few subtle touches of Jaijaiwanti. It is popularly described as being a combination of Raga Rageshri (in the ascent) and Raga Bageshri ( in the descent). If traditionally Bageshri evokes feelings of separation from the lover, and Rageshri represents reunion, Malgunji depicts the initial realization of the reunion.
